- Community license for transporting goods
- Community license for transporting passengers
- License for operating passenger transport by bus on domestic routes
- License for operating cargo transport on domestic routes
Documents required to obtain a transport license when the license is being sought by a legal entity
- Application
- Financial report reflecting the company’s appropriate financial condition (9,000 thousand in share capital for the first vehicle, 5,000 thousand for others). Information about increasing the share capital.
- Lease agreement with the carrier’s management center if the company’s registered office address does not match the location of operations.
- Documents confirming the impeccable reputation of the legal entity and the transport manager (the manager and transport manager must have no administrative or criminal penalties).
- Transport manager’s details and professional competence certificate (if you do not have a transport manager, we can offer one).
Documents required to obtain a transport license when the license is being sought by a natural person
- Application
- Document proving the identity of the natural person
- Personal equity statement of the natural person
- Documents confirming the impeccable reputation of the natural person
- The transport license is issued for 10 years. Copies of the transport license are issued until the license’s expiration date.
If you plan to transport only your company’s goods or passengers, a license is not required.
