Association founding documents
From you, we need to receive the following information:
– Name: The desired name of the association.
– Founders’ details: The founders of the association can be individuals (who are at least 18 years old and legally capable) and/or legal entities who have signed the association’s founding agreement. The minimum number of founders is 3 people.
– Governing body details: Information about the governing body of the association.
